Finally I can Post Something!
Hi everyone! I finally get to post something after I've been sooo busy with ice skating, concerts, family stuff, and school especially. Anyways, for anybody who's coming from Lucy Lane's blospot, I wanna ask for everyone to pray for them and their bogspot so they can continue to share their super cool family with all of us. If you aren't already familiar with what I'm talking about, someone is trying to steal Lucy Lane's mom's identity off of their blogspot. Hopefully, that will be resolved quickly and painfully. That's it for now! Only 11 days till Christmas! Thank you!

New Rooms
It's finally me again! I think my mom and my brother saw how much fun I was having, and they wanted a turn! Anyway, we're officially starting to make the baby's room. Us siblings had to do a big switch with rooms because there are only four bedrooms upstairs. Ethan and Logan are sharing my old room and they just got their new bunk beds as well as their bedding and they're loving it! In our family, we like to make our rooms in themes so Ethan and Logan have both decided they want a log cabin themed room. We just had a painter come today to check out all the rooms. He's got a cool technique to make the walls actually look like logs! My room is gonna be beach themed. Anybody that knows me is very aware that I loooooove anything tropical! My mom really put the cherry on top when she found a mural of a beach scene for my wall! I think I'm gonna paint the room a really really light greenish color. Lastly, and most importantly, the baby's room. We were looking at Leapfrog and Lilypad Baby (website) and found a really cute room with hot pink walls and green and brown bedding with flowers and butterflies on it. It's gonna be soooo cute! I can't wait! That's it for now... I'm almost falling asleep writing this! Goodnight!

I think its my turn now!!! I am Mom Johnson, mom to three of the most wonderful, amazing children I could ever hope for--and wife to my equally amazing, supportive soul mate! I am truly blessed.
Our adoption journey began with a 'what do you think about adopting........' that led us somehow, someway to the youtube video of the Johnson's and Lucy Lane. We were inspired by their story, and we were led to AGCI!!! The process began shortly thereafter, and now has turned into the focus of our family. We think and talk about our new little girl EVERY day. It's fun to think she might already BE at Hannah's Hope! Our dossier is about a week away from being sent, and we are READY for the waiting list! I look forward to sharing our thoughts and happenings as we get closer to meeting our little blessing......

A blog from ethan
Hi,this is Ethan. This is the first time i am blogging so if you see some errors or stuff that doesn't look right please laugh at how cute i am :)
I was a little bit edgy about adopting at first. When my mom told me about the idea i thought about what it would be like to have another sister and about what it would be like to have a sibling that was born from a different couple. But then after doing some research and watching some snazzy YouTube videos (Lucy Lane) i was completely sure about adopting. i learned about how poor the people are in Ethiopia and how the children's mothers couldn't afford to take care of their them. I also learned about the Ethiopian culture plus more. Now i am really anxious to get a new sister. i cannot wait to see her in person.
P.S. please comment on my blog!

About Us
Hi again!
I didn't really get a chance to tell you a whole lot about me and my family yesterday. First off, I am 13 years old and my family is currently waiting for my little sister from Ethiopia. We are adopting through HH All Gods Children. My mom and dad have always wanted to adopt, but I guess they finally realized it's now or never. Although we were planning on adopting, our true inspiration came from Lucy Lane's little face. We found them on You Tube. (I have their link).I am in 8th grade and I have two brothers who are in 6th and 1st grade. I have always wanted a baby sister, and I guess God finally made my wish come true! Right now we are waiting for our last home study, and then we will be put on a waiting list. My blog looks horrible right now, I know, but I'm going to get someone to help me with that. I'll get more pictures by the end of this week also! Thats it for now!

First Time Posting! 12/5/09
Wow! I'm sooo excited! This is my first time posting on our blog spot. I'm partially writing this to see if it works. Anyway, let me introduce me to you guys. First off, I am 13 years old and I am a competitive figure skater. It's my passion and I'll never stop. My mom asked me to write about our journey adopting our little angel from Ethiopia, so I gladly said yes. I have two brothers, Ethan 12, and Logan 6. Sharon and Bill are my parents, but I can't tell you their ages or I might get grounded... Our big inspiration is from another Johnson family who adopted their little Lucy Lane from Ethiopia as well. I follow them on their blog and post comments all the time. She's sooo cute! I have their link on here if you want to see. Can't wait to share our blessings with you!
